DIRECTOR OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION

Director of Christian Education
Stacie Vesolich

With a background in education and church ministry, Stacie Vesolich brings years of experience to the position of Christian Education Director at Centerpoint Community Church. After receiving a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Communications from Duquesne University and a Master’s of English degree from the University of Pittsburgh, she began a long career of teaching in both the public and Christian school classrooms, as well as in the college setting, serving as a Department Chair. Over the years, she has received many accolades for her work in the field of education including Who’s Who Among American Teachers and Beaver County Teacher of the Year. She has served as a Christian Education Director for many years at Centerpoint, as well as developing Christian Education programs for other local churches and coworking with other Christian ministry staff members at Centerpoint Community Church. She embraces the scripture from Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Her love of the Lord and His children motivates her to invest in the lives of children and teens in a meaningful way that points to a relationship with Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Stacie is the wife of Dr. Steve F. Vesolich, one of the pastors of Centerpoint, and the other pastor, Rev. Stephen A. Vesolich, is her son. She gives thanks to the Lord that her children, their spouses, and grandchildren love and serve the Lord. It is her sincere desire to follow Corinthians 10:31: “… whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.” It delights her to see her own children, grandchildren and the Centerpoint children, whom she dearly loves, taking that lead in scripture as they join an intergenerational church family and congregation who seek to bring honor and glory to our Lord Jesus Christ.
